The Charles C. T. Bailey and Gladys M. Bailey
Good Samaritan and Educational Brain Trust

Executive Director: J. Bailey Morgan

Mission Statement

The Charles C. T. Bailey and Gladys M. Bailey Good Samaritan and Educational Brain Trust is dedicated to connecting charitable organizations, educators, faith-based institutions, corporations, NGOs, healthcare providers, and philanthropic partners to expand educational opportunities and improve quality of life for underserved and marginalized people throughout the world.

Founded in August 2026 by their beloved and devoted grandson J. Bailey Morgan, the Trust serves as a resource and collaboration network that provides vital information, access to services, and grant funding opportunities that empower individuals and organizations working in developing nations. Inspired by the biblical Parable of the Good Samaritan found in Luke 10:25-37, the Trust embraces the command to love and serve our fellow human beings by extending practical assistance, educational opportunity, compassion, and hope to those facing severe hardship. Through financial, medical, educational, and spiritual support initiatives, we seek to help people overcome difficult circumstances and build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.

About the Trust

The Charles C. T. Bailey and Gladys M. Bailey Good Samaritan and Educational Brain Trust was established to bring together organizations and individuals committed to improving human lives through education, service, and collaboration. The Trust serves as a bridge between worthy organizations seeking resources and those capable of providing expertise, funding, and strategic support.

Our focus is on helping people who are often overlooked and underserved, especially those living below the poverty line and in regions where access to basic necessities remains limited. We support efforts aimed at:

  • Expanding educational opportunities and lifelong learning.
  • Providing access to scholarships for students in developing nations.
  • Improving access to clean and potable water.
  • Supporting basic healthcare and medical resources.
  • Promoting safe housing and secure living environments.
  • Encouraging spiritual growth, guidance, and community support.
  • Connecting charitable organizations with grant-makers and funding opportunities.

The Trust believes that meaningful change occurs when people and organizations work together. Therefore, we actively seek partnerships with international NGOs, corporations, foundations, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders to maximize impact and create sustainable solutions.

Guided by the spirit of the Good Samaritan, we are committed to extending compassion beyond geographic, cultural, and economic boundaries. Our vision is a world where every individual has access to the resources, knowledge, and opportunities necessary to live with dignity, purpose, and hope.

"Helping people help people through education,
compassion, partnership, and opportunity."
